Wrist Flip, Any Extra FPS ?.....

    <font color="darkblue"><strong><font face="Courier New"><br>Hi All,<br><br>I was wondering, and have been occasionally trying, the wrist flip at release; and was curious as to roughly how many extra FPS a flip may add ?....<br><br>All I have achieved is my shot going about 12 inches left from my aiming point; which I can usually be within 1 to 2 inches max of, if not spot on, when I hold the forks still as I release.<br><br>Quite obviously I must be doiung something wrong, but I have never seen explained the technique.<br><br>Can anyone assist me please ?...<br><br>Cheers Allan</font></strong></font>
