    Uhm, i think power and speed come together, more fps/mps is usually more joules

    it all depends on the ammo you choose.<br><br>if you want more energy use heavier ammo with stronger bands.<br><br>force=mass*acceleration<br><br>heavy ammo with the right (small) shape is beating air resistance, but the downside of weight is that gravity is also part of the game.<br><br>tapered bands are accelerating faster, but you have to use more layers for heavy ammo.<br><br>small and light ammo can be accelerated faster with less amount of bands.<br><br>in short: you have to use different bandsets for different ammo.
