Hi Lars,<br>if you think about tubes, you should think about what ring area (draw weight) you want to have.<br><br>Look here<br><img src="http://up.picr.de/13193476wo.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br>I`ve tested the Dankung 3060, 1745 and the Megarubber ultralight (4064).<br>The megarubber is softer to draw I like this rubber much more than the Dankung and it is cheaper.<br><br>edit Oh <a href="http://www.emc-vega.de/de/Hochstarttechnik/Megarubber" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">here</a> the link.

Lars, The short answer: theratube yellow all the way. I have read a really good thread on tubes on Slingshotforum.com started by Henry in Panapa. It is long and requires a lot of study to understand it fully. So how about a summary- follow these instructions and you can maybe save some time...Go to the forum's main page. Select the title, 'slingshot bands and tubes' and it is the first discussion, entitled "testing chinese tubes". On page 13 of this discussion he has a picture of many band sets using tubes. Theratube yellow in pseudo tapers was the most powerful of them all. Henry recomends that this set up should be used with 12.7 mm steel minimum and 14.3mm steel as ideal(These are the steel equivalents of lead that he proposes). Others in the thread have tested it using 15.8 mm steel having only a slight drop in velocity. That's a lot of power. Page 16 has a video of him testing some tubes. Right above the video there is a very clear description of the measurements for making a band set. I would follow those instructions with theratube yellow. Good luck and thank you for your posts. Chris
