Hi guys, I'm curious what kind of tb bandset you would recommend to shoot random sized and weights rocks with?

I don't really know if double thera band would be best, or maybe a lighter bandset, like black tb, or lower?

I really need to get a chrony so I can test these things, but till then I will put this to you.

thx!

Rocks dont have the weight for there mass that steel and Lead dose. 1" wide bands of thera band gold seam to do very well with rocks up to 1". big rocks need big pouches, the rocks should fit inside the pouch. I came to that conclusion when I noticed that when I tryed to shoot a 1" rock fron a 3/4" wide pouch the roch always seamed to hit my hand or the fork.

I can agree with Mike because I had a nasty hand hit shooting a large stone. The pouch was too small, poor form and small low forked slingshot. If the pouch was bigger it prob wouldn't have happened. But form too was a problem. I might not have twisted the pouch enough as I was rushing the shot. Anyway it spooked me enough to raise and widen my forks.
