Yes, yes :D... another slingshot video by uberfreak9 (AKA Lord Of Crows) and this time I'm shooting some 4.5 gram darts (constructed from a nail, 2 #10 hex nuts, a square of silk, and a nylon tie wrap), trying to take down a cannibalistic cultist on the river bank... utilizing some nice custom shooters from Big Dan Hood...

Damn fine shooting sir! I'm glad that we are friends, because I damn sure wouldn't want you shooting darts at me!!
Well, Will... if you eat human brains it will be hard for me to justify letting that slide... :D Seriously, thanks! I like doing shooting videos but the trick is to come up with some cool shooting ideas to justify the video edits. :D

That was awesome! The mask cracking in two was crazy. Those darts are evil.

As for the slingshots, a pristine slingshot is brand new or is not being used enough. Looks like those slingshots are keeping busy...which means there should be more videos! Just kidding, although, videos are always welcome. :D

Glad you enjoyed it! I certainly like shooting that PFS... more than chalice ("Blitz") at the moment since it is ridiculously accurate and that half butterfly is very intuitive way to shoot for me... It's funny after playing with these darts I think they are a lot safer than round shot... notice how I was shooting up against wood at close range (although rock hard from river silt) and the rebound was minimal... with round shot the RTS danger would be much higher.

True. And yes, I really like that PFS design myself. I made it as a joke for my wife and was blown away how well the design actually worked. 1/2 butterfly is my favorite as well...just a little past the ear.

Did anyone notice?

HE SLAUGHTERED ANOTHER FRUIT!

A MELON!

Bad Man.

And canibals are almost extinct...

Don't you feel ashamed? Savage?

(I mean: did you rape the melon thoroughly prior
to freeing its soul? And how can you be that mean
without growing a beard?...)

HA! I knew someone would comment on the watermelon and it had to be BE! :D

Did you also notice the melon was hollowed out and eaten? I worked it just like Hannibal Lecter on a "human" melon! No shame but maybe too much pride! :D

Honestly, I did shoot a little bit at the hollowed melon but it made such a sticky mess of a my dart "feathers" that I stopped.

Of course I noticed you had to disembowel your victim! :)

.. But shooting melons without making them explode is
not just sticky but boring, right? - Some cannibal falling apart is
way more entertaining! - Thanks for that vid from my side, too!

Arturo
Arturo, your fear makes me happy! :D Seriously, thanks my Chilean war chief! I hope to get better one day so I can make some videos of some skillful shots instead of just destroying stuff at short range. ;)
