TTF Tab Experiment<br><br>I wanted to find a way how to make a slingshot from OTT into a TTF without modifying structurally the frame. And here is what i came up with...<br><br>This looks like a pouch, but it is not! Its a Tab <br><br><a href="http://www.slickpic.com/s/0ZyO0jjyTUOzzg/Various/photo#3282945" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://bulk-share.slickpic.com/photo/share/0ZyO0jjyTUOzzg/800/p/3282945.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br><br>And attached it to the forks like so...<br><br><a href="http://www.slickpic.com/s/EVWW1,AVVMVkVM/Various/photo#3282947" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://bulk-share.slickpic.com/photo/share/EVWW1,AVVMVkVM/800/p/3282947.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br><br><a href="http://www.slickpic.com/s/gDyMTLDkQZ0QyN/Various/photo#3282951" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://bulk-share.slickpic.com/photo/share/gDyMTLDkQZ0QyN/800/p/3282951.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br><br>And attached the bands like so...<br><br><a href="http://www.slickpic.com/s/jMkD2kzAzMMMZA/Various/photo#3282953" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://bulk-share.slickpic.com/photo/share/jMkD2kzAzMMMZA/800/p/3282953.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br><br>It took me a while to get the feel of it but once i did, my consistency came as normal.<br>First thing i noticed was i had no hand slaps what so ever.<br>I am currently looking out for the time it takes for the bands to rip.<br>I used thin leather because at the attach point it is doubled<br><br>And as a bonus! Padding for extra comfort...<br><br><a href="http://www.slickpic.com/s/NTTuNuwN1wI1NT/Various/photo#3282955" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://bulk-share.slickpic.com/photo/share/NTTuNuwN1wI1NT/800/p/3282955.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br><br>Thanks

Looks good, maybe you can make the attachment piece in the middle a little longer for easyer attachment

it's also one of the better solutions for tube attachment without drilling holes into the fork. especially for pseudo tapered tubes.

Cool! Reminds me a little on the "Spanish" attachment-style!

How does it shoot? <br><br>I can imagine that you have to flip it much because the gap seems to be not wide enough to shoot through the forks.

No need to flip there is enough room for the ammo (the ammo leaves the pouch before the bands+pouch shocks the fork)

One more thing i noticed today is that the wrist strain is substantially less because my fingers are placed at the same height as the bands and not under.
