GEAR magazine (German version) plans to feature me in an upcoming issue. They will visit me next Wednesday, for a photo shooting about how to make a good natural slingshot from a wooden fork. The article will start with the "harvesting". Have done that today!

German forests have owners - and these guys don't appreciate others to coem and fell their trees. Therefore I used dead branches from shrub rather than live wood. And anyway I prefer the colors of decay in a thick natural!
great natural forks.

I love slingshots which are cut out from natural forks.

I think the slingshots will become great.
Once again a tv show is gonna come to you. That' s nice, you gettin' more and more famous man. I like naturals too and i tried a couple of times to make one. The thing is i can' t dry it without getting cracks. I tried the microwave sessions( 30 sec each time) but never had the results i was expecting. I don' t know what i am doing wrong. I am sure, yours gonna be awsome as always.
30 secs is too short. Use 90 instead. The moisture must come out as steam!

"Gear" is a print magazine, by the way, not television.

Thanks for your help, i will try again soon. I really like naturals and it is easy to find a good piece everywhere( and it is free). I will check that GEAR magazine on the internet, i never heard about it.
