Hi everyone i am looking for some advice, i am looking at buying a slingshot from one of the custom makers. Right now i have it narrowed down to Gamekeeper catapults, The flippingout scout or a hand howitzer from milbro proshot. as far as the gamekeepers it would probaly be a pocket poacher, his new rooster catapult or one of his chunky milbros. i am looking for a general purpose slingshot that is versatile (that is why i like the scout) anyways if anyone has experiance with any of these please let me know, i would really like to know about how well the scouts attachment system works. Thanks in advance

I have a Gamekeeper John pr5 , its light weight , very pocketable and powerfull with his 20mm to 15mm double tbg band set fitted , and its so comfortable my Mrs has claimed it as hers !!!, I have a Hand Howitzer on order from Milbro ProShot and I have been looking at Nathans scout and his other stuff while drooling like a kid in a sweet shop.

I want to buy the scout because it can be used with all attachment methods, hammer grip and fingers support shooting. It is a all-in-one for a really good price. I didn' t buy it because i have no paypal, visa, etc...i can pay only from account to account.

The Scout isn't very good for hammer grip shooting. Other than that, it is a fine slingshot. Gamekeeper John's products are really well made, too.

I have read so many things about the Gamekeeper slingshots, he got a really good reputation for his products and his services. I still very interested about the scout but if i had to buy another slingshot than that, i would go for Saderath' s. Those are artworks in my eyes and i am pretty sure it is good quality products too.

Thanks so much, I am with toksick on the scout because of how adaptable it is, also toksick if i were you i would send Nathan masters (owner of simple shot slingshots) an email explaining your situation he might be able to work something out, especially since you are such an active member of the forum.

My sister will probably agree to use her Visa to buy it for me.

That is good, i am in a similar situation because i don't have a credit card or anything so i have to convince my mom to let me order with hers (usually the response is "you make a new slingshot every week why would you need to buy one" -she just doesn't understand...) but let me know if you do get one, that would be great. I think I will ask her about ordering it latter today.
