Hi folks, just to ask you those who have used theratube black in slingshots, (about power, durability, comfortability, what ever!) recommend it? thanks for reading!

I've tried TTB, but it is VERY strong. Not necessary for caliber up to 15 mm steel. Ive made much better experiences with TBG. Maybe worth a try for really heavy ammo.

In Jeorge's videos he has used ttg. I believe that stuff is probably as strong as you want, but I shoot ttb and I love it for large rocks.

You will need some muscle to use TTB. I like it, lasts a lot more than bands. Power still doesn't match TBG.

TTB has a lot going for it. It has power and IT LASTS ! TTS is maybe a little too heavy for slingshots (though good for slingbows) but the black feels like a good compromise. With a pseudotaper it kills steel cans effectively.

Incidentally my can hitting accuracy increased dramatically overnight !!

(The Boss started buying the large economy size dogfood cans instead of the regular. )

    Hi,
you can compare it to 93mm TBG (23mm and double layers).

I shot it a bit when I started 4, 5 years ago, but I don't like it very much. It is slow, only makes sense for very heavy ammo. It also is very stiff, making the shots awesome and the handslaps unpleasant.

I prefer TBG. If I want a lasting bandset, I choose straight cut TBG left a bit longer over TTB any day.

Ok, thanks for letting me know what you think, so will I be right to say that a role of theraband gold will last more and therefore be cheaper than standard or heavy pull thera tube? (If both have same length) As I imagine yo could make more bandsets from TBG

Well my opinion doesn't really count right now but I find it is to hard to pull back and I attached it as hard as possible but it always gets off and when you get band slap it hurts like hell it's a good cat toy though

    :p
