A coin could be put on the end of a natural fork, I think almost every country has a small enough coin (for the U.S. a penny or dime). I like collecting other countries coins and think it is cool that you live in Germany but have a U.S. quarter on your slingshot

Yeah, because i needed a U.S. Coin with a "Face" that looks at least a little bit like a Silverdollar.
I´d love to do a Slingshot with a SD, but i think the are 38mm in Diameter...cool for a Coin...but impossible to put into a "handy" Catty

Silver is pretty soft, what if you bent it to fit the handle? Almost like wrapped the handle in it?

Nah, i would not dare to ruin such a nice Coin.
On top of that a SD is not cheap

I know I have found silver quarters that were quite beat up, so maybe if you talked to a jeweler who buys silver he could sell you a beat up coin that was going to be melted down anyways and you could use that? Just an idea, but yeah I understand what you are saying about ruining a nice coin.

Holy flying Dudes... this Slingshot is sooooo awesome! I'm a bit jealous :p
What a craftsmanship, I am fascinated! I hope that i can make something like this with my own Hands some day..

The idea with the coin has really fueled my Fantasy! I think you could embed a larger coin like a Silverdollar ontop of the fork or in the handle of a laminated Slingshot out of multiplex.

I just grabbed a silver coin (35mm diameter) my great-uncle has given me years ago and fit it on my Moorhammer. I think i could insert it there!
    Mozart on a Slingshot :D
