I call it THE RISING SUN or TRS for short <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_cheers.png" alt="cheers" longdesc="28"><br><br><br>OK, I know it sucks but don't say you can't see the resemblance?!<br><a href="http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=29&u=16959850" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i45.servimg.com/u/f45/16/95/98/50/16683210.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br><br><br>Obviously the shape came out totally by accident while using the rasp lol. I have some kind of illness that prevents me from sticking to the plan, it was suppose to look like one of Johns shared designs<br><br><br><a href="http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=30&u=16959850" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i45.servimg.com/u/f45/16/95/98/50/22220110.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br><br><br>Screw it, I'm happy that I can experiment with the material and it unexpectedly turns into something totally different than expected. Just don't let me do your tattoos <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png" alt="Very Happy" longdesc="1"><br>Anyway here's another pic so you can see the size, much bigger than the last one..<br><a href="http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=32&u=16959850" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i45.servimg.com/u/f45/16/95/98/50/2011-132.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br><br><br>Funny one, ain't it? <br><br><br>Cheers

Oh yeah! I've already got plans for a hammergrip and found a nice oak fork for a natural, this is fuun!<br><br><br>Yes, it's a gamekeeper design, it's a little big for my hand and currently I'm slimming it down where possible but still I think it's a very comfortable design and the pinky-hole is a great idea as I have experienced the slingshot falling out of my hand after a shot a couple of times.<br><br><br>Here's some more free designs of his <a href="http://gkcatapults.bb3host.com/viewforum.php?f=19&sid=359152399c55a5da75191b1a08cff7a6" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://gkcatapults.bb3host.com/viewforum.php?f=19&sid=359152399c55a5da75191b1a08cff7a6</a><br>Cheers

I like that one thread with the video of gluing matches in a pattern to the exterior of a board cut...

Thanks Kyl, yes they do! I like the rasping and filing but Dremel is most useful for making the crannies on the forks that hold the rubber in place.
