i'm a newbie, can you advice in a model to choose, too be abble to reach 30m and more if it's possible? wich caliber and and rubber band it's better to use with long distance?
30 metres is some distance to start off with. Do you actually hope to hit anything? If you can hit a 120mm target at 5 metres then at 30 metres the target would need to be 720mm.
The most common distance to shoot with a slingshot is about 10 meters. 30 meters is very far - especially for a beginner. I think a nice frame to start with, is a Wasp UniPhoxx Enzo: "Super Hero Edition Uniphoxx Enzo" | waspslingshots
You can shoot it OTT and TTF or even tubes, if you like. With the clips, it's easy to change orientation or bandset.. I think 8mm steel should work fine with it.
