Slingshot design not suitable for tubes?

    I'm confused about a comment I read about the 'six-circle' slingshot. Somebody asked about a good tubing choice for it. Here the answer:<br><br>Quote:"That frame is not a very good choice for tubes. You will have difficulty getting them to pull straight." End Quote <br><br>I got a homemade, similar to the 'six circle' and it works great with tubes.<br><br>I had no problem to attach them straight.<br><br>I think every frame can be shot with either band or tubing as long as you attach them safely. (and straight)

    I think the same. I have lots of forks some is designet for tube band and I put for them flat band, and on the other side as well

    I have attached single tubes tied over the top exactly like I do my flat bands. I didn't care for the feel of it, but it did work.

    I have done that as well, without any issues. But it looks funny.
