It seems to be more symmetrical than my first attempt, and stands on its own on the forks. I impressed myself, went out today to find some more logs to work with, I figure by christmas I'll have something really worth Joergs time to send to him as a gift

This one took me only a few hours to create! I used some powertools to help though , and a vice was very handy, something I had not used before.

thanks for viewing!

edit- banded it up and took a few shots. its a nice shooter, but the "palm swell" needs to be a lot bigger for me....

Great Job! Maybe you can glue another piece on it to create a palm swell.

Yeah, I'm debating on it.... I think I'll find a nice piece of birch for the swell...But I have put some final coating on this one, so I will shoot with it some more to make sure it needs it....

Just got 6 yards of tb Gold in the mail this morning so it will perhaps be the first one I band up with tb gold I have never used the gold , every other color, but not gold I'm excited lol
