:O !! what an idea. It turned out great and beautiful. You did not trim the bottom part so that you can tie rope brace in it. . very good. Will look great after finishing.

Is that your girlfriend's son and the slingshot that you made for him in the profile photo? Very cute. Nice photo.

I did not make pictures of it finished. Oiled and superglue finish. My bro saw it and i had to give it to him imediatelly banded with TB blue. He broke it after one day...

Very nice! Good thinking using a bottle opener for the metal core. Looks like it would be a great 1745 tube shooter. Just my preference

Maybe i gonna ask my bro to give it back to me( if he still have it). So i can try to fix it and try it with tubes later. I love shooting with a PFS. My other one goes everywhere i go.

Hi TokSick,
realy nice idea.
Is the glue strong enough, to hold the wooden part on the metal?
Maybe that´s the problem.

The glue was not the problem( 2 comp. epoxy). The problem was my brother . He had a fork hit and broke a piece of it. He is not living near us so i did not see him for a long time. Hope it is not too much damaged so i can fix it.
Thank you guys for the nice comments.
