Sanding and Polishing

    Hello, I wanted to know how is the magic method joerg uses to do such a nice finishing in wood, the varnish, grain and any other useful treeks, well any ideas? I will be very pleased if Joerg or someone that knows hes technique tell me, PLEASE!

    Polishing is best down like this:<br><br>Use rasp and file to make your slingshot.<br><br>Use sandpaper. Start with 80 grit, end with 1000 or 1200 grit. <br><br>Use car chrome polish. <br><br>Use a silver polishing cloth.<br><br>Voila! Mirror like shine. <br><br>

    Some more tricks, use oil after sandinng, preferably linseed oil as it cristalizes inside the wood making it harder and sand with the grain, this is easyer.

    Two great tips for polishing, thanks. Will be trying both of those methods asap.
