It's not a good example, seen them way cheaper, but I hoped someone got experience with using it for cutting rubber, as I'm goin to buy one if it works.

    Hi TP,
Someone on my forum is using this for cutting the bands
He said it works great but not for butterfly bands. I suggested him to try cutting a piece of rubber at the dimentions he needs and then, fold it to cut his bands out of it. He told me he never thought about doing so and that he will try it.

Gonna try that then. They are also available for bigger papers, wich means for around 40 cm length, should be enough.

I use that in art classes, is called "GILLOTINE" and is used, mainly to precisely and easily break up large A1 or A2 papers into smaller A4 size, or to cut excess, I simply find much more comfortable to have thera tube, it lasts longer, it doesnt require any specific tools, other than conventional scissors to cut strips, is usually cheaper, and for those who say it has less velocity, you can easily taper the bands and exceed 100 metres per second with adecuate ammunition
