Polishing a slingshot

    Hi everyone!<br><br><br>I was wondering if anyone knew how Joerg, or how you can Polish your own slingshots, My slingshot if olmost finished, its properly sanded and everything but I was wondering how some people with more experiance polish theirs.<br><br>Thanks in advance !

    i use oil and steel wool for that

    often i use a polishing wheel bit with paste on my drill press (don't have a big polishing wheel) to polish harder coatings like pu/superglue. normally i just hand polish with a piece of cloth after sanding and coating with wax or oil.

    i use a very fine grit fleece after sanding and oiling. i think its a 1000 grit. that makes a nice shine. <br>cchrome polish for cars can be helpful too after oiling with lineseedoil. after all that i bring on a bit bees wax to protect the finish.
