Hi,<br><br>after my first experiments, i wanted to build a slingshot for me, a little bigger but a similar style to my last one. I used thicker multiplex for the frame. The wood for the handle could be teak, don't know exactly, it escaped the oven... The finish is green stain, wood oil and wax plus a little bit autumn - i like the combination ! <br><br><br><img src="http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/17/83/67/79/p1190412.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/17/83/67/79/p1190413.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/17/83/67/79/p1190414.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br>Looking forward to test it ...

Beautiful! Amazing craftsmanship it's hard to shape slingshots so evenly. And this one looks perfect!

I m happy you all like my new shoter, thanks for the good words !<br><br>For the green stain i use mordant/lye for wood. I bouhgt cheap "<a href="http://www.clou.de/typo3temp/150_500x0_true_Lumberjack_Country-Beize_600x800px.jpg" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">LumberJack - country lye - apple green</a>" at the constructions market, apply and sand it several times.<br><br>Today i cut bands, short ones for more power. I go for a walk and test my "shrek the ogre". Wow, i enjoy it really ! Nice grip and more speed. I only have to practiced more for better accuracy.<br><br><img src="http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/17/83/67/79/dsc00710.jpg" border="0" alt="">
