tokSick, there are many good resources for making bows.

The book series The Traditional Bowyers Bible (4 books) is the definitive work on wooden bows.

For online resources, primitivearcher.com has a lot to offer. (sorry as a newbie I can't post a hot link)

There is a lot to learn on which woods make good bows and then which designs work best with each type of wood.

Please let me know if I can answer any questions or help out in any way.

Mike
