This is the new slingshot I made, the goal is to increase the shooting accuracy.

And there is some other nice things too, I have noticed that the TTF attachment clearly reduced the handslaps and I think that could increase the band life a little(not 100% sure, but still testing).

And the first shooting tests are good, Good accuracy and no handslaps.

Above.....I make a "aiming device" that helps to align the bands and the target(it works).

Feels Confortable in the hand. I am proud of the result. I Hope you like it :)

Nice design! The material reminds me of those r/c car rims from the '90s, can you dye the hdpe like those rims?

Nice! I like the design. After seeing this and your previous post, I'm tempted to find a sheet of HDPE and see what I can do with it! Do you have a sketch of that design that you'd be willing to post? I did go into a couple second-hand stores looking for used HDPE cutting boards on the cheap after seeing the last one, and couldn't find a single used board, though I did score a couple of nice hardwood boards that will make great slingshots.

BTW, did you make up that little paracord(I assume) lanyard yourself? Was it tough to make?

Beautiful design. I believe I will have to be on the lookout for some HDPE as well.

    Great Thread

After seeing this I became a bit curious as to the properties of HDPE so I looked it up in Wikipedia, with more than interesting results.

    HDPE

It seems it's used in everything from milk cartons to ballistic armor

It looks like ICE! Very cool! :D :D

Bout the lanyard, some of the names for the knot that makes it are square or crown knot.

Some of its variation and uses from JD Lenzen (TIAT) :
