Well, I recently discovered the Slingshot Channel and was instantly a fan. I love making all sorts of things; fishing rods, wooden tobacco pipes, custom bikes, beer.... so all the cool slingshot weapons are right up my ally. My experience with slingshots is pretty limited though. I have had a few "wrist rocket" style sling shots when I was a kid but never got into making my own. Before I found the Slingshot Channel I didn't know there was such a variety of slingshot styles and high level of craftsmanship. I have now been inspired to make a sling shot of my own. Are they mostly used for physical therapy? I guess I'll look around locally first before buying online.

I have yet to buy any but do a google search. the ebay prices seem to be very comparable to distributer prices. A google maps search gave me several Chriopractor offices that sell thera brand products but no info about what products or how much

I went on the Thera Band website and they have a way to search for near by retailers that carry it. But all that I saw were chiropractic and physical therapy clinics. I don't know if places like that would sell it to me with out being a patient. Guess I'll have to call and find out.
