Noticed my cheesy Daisy sling was starting to bend and crack under stress so I decided to wrap the whole works with nylon, I took JoergS idea of using a toilet brush and wrapped it into the frame. Added some blue bands that are extremely hard to pull ( cut apart some old work-out tubes ) and made it able to use a trigger release. Works well, almost as powerful as my recurve bow but tends to fly out of my hands if not gripped tight enough. Have yet to connect with a fish but I get better every time I use it, Hope you all enjoy!

Still working that out, currently I just retrieve the arrow as they float to the surface or stay put into the lake beds. I have a few ideas but still looking for the parts. The problem is I do not like how the line is fetched, slowed and dragged down wards by adding line to the arrow. I bought bow-fishing reel few weeks back but left it at camp and have not been back there to put it on my new setup. Will provide more info and pics once it is complete!

Had many close calls since I started this hobby but every day I get better so the danger is well worth it! I need to edit some videos I made of arrows bouncing back very close to the camera and every which way, Good thing I went with a military grade phone so I am not so worried about a camera strike

Great idea of the brush loop.
Try narrowing the loop little more, and check if it performs better.
I like the videos. ))
