    Nice. What kind of oil is that? It looks so bright, the linseed oil i use is way darker than that and changes the color of my slingshots more than yours. Sometimes i don' t like the result.

    Anyone ever tried Lin-Speed? It is used as a finish on muzzle loaders. It is linseed oil with drying agents to speed the process of rubbing the oil into the wood. I am told the finish is not truly authentic for the Fur Trade period, but for our purposes it wouldn't matter.
