Looking good thus far! I like the idea of the metal fork, nice way to use materials that you have on hand. Looks like you found a nice fork for the natural as well. What kind of wood is it?
Keep up the good work, you have made a great start!:)

Not to be the party-pooper, but you'll want to test test metal bracket one. That looks like softwood for the handle and there's not a lot of meat there for strength. Give it a good two-handed pull in a vice before banding it up. Better safe than sorry. I'd just hate not to mention it and here you lost an eye or something. ;)

Slingshot its made out of 2x9mm plywood glued together, ppl here told me its almost impossible to break :) i used it with double bands and pull them really strong and its still alive :p Heh looks like iam a bit too strong for TBG :p i need use less power, but i kinda like when this marbles just cut that beer cans in half, and iam kinda impressed of that power hidden behind a simple band. I really cant imagine what happens if somebody hit me with this thing must hurt like hell or even worse... this thing its more like weapon than a toy. Kinda scary :p
