My first selfmade Slingshot

    This is my first slingshot <br><a href="http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=2&u=17799290" class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i39.servimg.com/u/f39/17/79/92/90/dsc_3011.jpg" border="0" alt=""></a><br>The body made ​​of cherry wood, band was buyed from shop. Slingshot was made with at hand tools: office knife, abrasive paper, fileand usual varnish<br>At first time was hard to shoot, bat very soon becomes easy)<br>Its shoot can pierce disk box, and take medium damage to steel box.<br>I'd like to hear advises or mistakes about my "Done job"<br>

    Very nice job. I think it is a great plinking ss but take care to NOT use heavy bands/tubes on it. The frame could break and hit you in the eye( if you already got only one eye that would be a disastrous ).<img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_pale.gif" alt="pale" longdesc="26">

    Hi,<br>I have two cherrytrees in the garden and there is a big difference in the strongness of the wood.<br>The wildcherry is the much better choice for building material.<br>The other tree... has the bigger fruits <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_lol.gif" alt="Laughing" longdesc="7"><br>Zwillie
