    Thanks for liking my sling.

Just ordered some blue and gold therabands.
Even with the green bands it is much more powerfull than a Barnett Strike 9.

Cant wait to cut blue and gold. ;)

I like it because it's so symetrically in comparison to the unrasped Naturals of others here! :)
And the surface looks so smooth! Is this hazelnut-wood?

In fact it is hazelnut. Found the fork already cut down by lumberjacks. Just had to separate it from the rest of the tree. It is incredibly light weight. And very handy. Perfect for some walking around in the woods.

Haecksler. Please stay away with the rasp, thumbshooters are very sensitive and my wife said that the skin surface needs no improvement.

@G_Y: Sure, but if you want to make something new out of a natural fork, you grab an two to three times thicker Fork an rasp out what you want to have. Belief it or not, this here was an eight cm thick Fork of white beech, now it's an E++ :)

Super job with that hazelnut find, Markus! The $0 cost is even better. [IMG]

I have plenty of fun with it. Serious it is soooo much fun shooting with theraband. Just need some more leather to make pouches for my ordered 10mm steel balls.

Cant wait to shoot with the steel balls :D
