hallo,<br><br>here are some pics of my first slingshot. for the handle i have used a piece of "Zwilling Smell Remover". Then a friend was welding a piece of flat bar on it. the idea for the design was inspired by some work of Jörg.<br><br>Now iam not sure how to attach the rubberstraps. i would be grateful for some advises.<br><br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/IMG_7820.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/IMG_7821.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/IMG_7823.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/IMG_7825.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/IMG_7827.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/IMG_7831.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/IMG_7834.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/IMG_7833.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br>here the rubber (purchased in a shop):<br><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o13/sichtwaise/Foto.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br>best regards<br>agonie

<div>If you want to attach flats maybe you could fold the edges of the forks in like an inch on each side , a narrower fork is best for more speed...<br><br><br><br>This is an epic first slingshot tho, you could even just glue on a hunk of nice wood as a fork tip if you wanted too. Or another piece of metal on each end and clamp the bands between the forks and it with a screw or something... <br><br>I love this handle and I want more info, where to buy, how much an so on <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png" alt="Very Happy" longdesc="1"> Maybe just link us <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png" alt="Very Happy" longdesc="1"> </div><div class="clear"></div><div class="signature_div"> <br><a href="http://voiceofquran.info/mp3_files/german_quran_mp3/001.mp3" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://voiceofquran.info/mp3_files/german_quran_mp3/001.mp3</a><br>my website! <a href="http://wigglesworthswoodwork.webs.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://wigglesworthswoodwork.webs.com/</a><br>For your spiritual well being ( more important than anything ) <a href="http://muttaqun.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://muttaqun.com/</a> </div>
the idea of glueing on some wood is realy good, thanks for that. <br><br>ok, here some more infos about the handle i have bought it at ebay. i have payed 6 € i think... the regular price in some shops is about 10€ ....<br>the problem is, that the handle is hollow with low wallthickness, so it is difficult to weld. <br><br>there are some shops <u></u> were you can buy it, but i dont know if they offer international shipping... i cant post links in moment, my membership is to short...
Very good agonie. Nice idea. It must be heavy, which is also good for shooting. <br><table width="90%" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center"> <tr><td><span class="genmed"><b>Ryan Wigglesworth wrote:</b></span></td></tr> <tr><td class="quote">If you want to attach flats maybe you could fold the edges of the forks in like an inch on each side , a narrower fork is best for more speed...<br><br><br><br>This is an epic first slingshot tho, you could even just glue on a hunk of nice wood as a fork tip if you wanted too.
