Here is my first try at making a slingshot i dont know what to call it yet but I am so happy with the way it turned out i had to share it. It is made from a red (soft) maple fork i found on the river bank near work. Now i gust need to go out and get some oil, leather, and ammo. I hope you all like it.

I'm trying to think of names I'd give it, but for once I'm kinda stumped
. Some sort of pun about syrup would be good, you could call it aunt jemima lol

Finished! All oiled up and banded. I but two TBGs on each side. All I have for ammo at the moment are marbles but it shoots them just fine.

    Nice Shooter with good spalt.
If you are shooting marbles, 2X TBG is overkill. You will actually get more speed with just singles and maybe even thinner than what you have on there.
