Good luck getting the fork thin enough. My slimhammer has a fork thickness of 1/4" (6ish mm i think), yet the width is just about 2". You might be a bit limited by the strength of the wood and glue you're using. I would have gone with three laminations to be safe; alternating vertical-horizontal-vertical. <br><br>What did you use for the handle pins?
