This is really nice, much better than mine!

Just be careful when you load it with the foot in the stirrup. Mine is a bit more recessed for that reason.

This is very awesome muizert. Good finish, and colour combination of traditional guns. Have you tried it?

Lets see if i can make a few details clear .

Materials: plywood 12mm, merbau for the stock and rollers (old door), 4 round head squar neck bolts 8mm, 4 matching nuts (offcourse:D )and washers. A pice of aluminium tube 10mm, a pice of plane metal 10x5 mm for the stirup, 1 little magnet and a little hinged joint (for the ear protection thingy). A few screws.

And 1 and a half can of spraypaint silkblack + a optional material: Beercans !!!!

Most of the building was as Jourgs video showed.

Did use a hand fretsaw instead of a jigsaw for cutting out the triggerplates. The rollers: drilled them with a hole saw drill, grinded the square part from the round head square neck bolts, cut 2 pices of the alu tubes(2 mm bigger then the rollers) So rollers are : roller , tube , bolt, washer the plywood, washer, nut.

For the finish , sanding (a lot) ,spraying (a lot) ,drinking those beercans (....)

Think thats all i can say about it , but if any more questions, ill be happy to answer them.

PS i hope that one day i can light my smoke with a slingshot fired match like you do in youre vids .

All the best.

You will probably have to add guides for the bands so they don't slip off the rollers.

Is that laser bright enough to shoot in daylight? Cheap red lasers didn't do that for me. A powerful, but expensive green laser kind of worked (but not very well). I always end up using the cheap 5 Euro ex army G36 scopes.

Sometimes the bands slip sometimes not(after a shot) , I dont mind it. But maybe ill ad guides in the future on it just for the fun of it . And yes you are right in full daylight/sunlight the laser isnt very good, with clouded weather it works fine, and looking at the summerweather outside.... it will work 80% of the time .

At this moment i,m working on a nice handle for the homemade cougar, but dont have much time so that will take a wile before ill put it on the forum .

All the best.
