    Hi Guys!<br><br>I cut this PFS from 6mm alloy, filed it, sanded it, and polished it. it took me 6 hours <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png" alt="Very Happy" longdesc="1"><br><br><img src="http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/17/11/93/74/110.png" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/17/11/93/74/ajebli10.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/17/11/93/74/ajebli11.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/17/11/93/74/ajebli12.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/17/11/93/74/ajebli11.png" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/17/11/93/74/ajebli13.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/17/11/93/74/lol_1710.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><br><br></A>

The 2 makes it look like it comes straight out of the store, or that you demolished a crank for it. <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_smile.gif" alt="Smile" longdesc="2"><br><br>Anyway I like it very much, the shape as well as the finishing.

Does the band not slip off near the center as it looks a bit narrow i was going to say how do you not tear the band due to the pointy ends. Sorry if i sound fussy but with this piece you would get blisters in no time due to the unnatural shape where a round piece of wood fits natural to the hand. maybe you could fit some wood at both sides giving a more comfy feel.
