Matching bands to balls!

    I'm learning that I have to match ball size and weight to band strength.<br>I've got a single Theraband gold sideshooter that works fine with 6mm steel balls and an AliCat double Theraband gold sideshooter that likes 9mm better.<br>Is there any way to work out what's going to work with what or is it just a case of trial and error?<br>I've found that if I put 6mm balls in the AliCat I get hand slap and loads of fliers...<br><br>I see people talking about using 6mm plastic bb for indoor shooting - surely these are just far too light to shoot with anything?
