    It's fathers day this Sunday, my Dad wanted a very light, slender slingshot with high wide forks and very light bands with a large 'cup' pouch to use for fishing. This is to 'shoot' maggots and other bait out to the fish! This is what I made from a Pine fork (very strong, even when thin) I think it's quite elegant!

    This is a great idea! It allows you to accurately deposit carp bait where the fish are feeding! Genius, sir!

    As usual, I finished with polyurethene yacht varnish, I only needed 3 coats for this one
