A week or so ago our friend Withak posted a mini moorhammer that he had made from a bamboo cutting board and it just knocked me out! The more I looked at it, the better I liked it I finally declared that, "I'm getting my stuff together to build one right Now!" I did and here it is.

I made this from free flooring samples from Home Depot. The shooter is 4" high X3" wide and the forks are about 2cm thick. I finished it with Peroba Oil that I got from BV and 4 coats of Tru-Oil and polished it with whitening toothpaste. I wish to thank Erik personally for the spark he struck for the inspiration on this Lil' shooter.
I hope you like it and Happy Shootin'!

That's really awesome Flip! I'm very pleased to inspire creativity in others! I will say that I think yours looks better than mine, and I'm very happy with how mine turned out as well. Great job Flip!

Very nice Flipgun! Just as with Withak's slingshot I couldn't see it was small before I saw it in your hand... Great work!

Have you tried shooting it yet? Mine has been working great with steel BB's as well as airsoft BB's. I did try something bigger and got a nice hand strike for my troubles - too much ammo with no enough band power.

Amazing! I'm also finding Home Depot to be a great resource of free materials. So many exotic woods to choose from, if only the samples were just a tiny bit bigger, haha. Loving this little shooter tho!

Very impressive. I may need to pick up some flooring samples and learn how to glue them together since natural forks are hard to come by for me.

    Glue

Don't know what other people are using, but I just use Gorilla Wood Glue. Works for me, what are you using Flipgun?

All the different colors in that beautiful sling are pulling me toward the big orange box like a magnet.

I've been going to Home Depot for all the wrong reasons it would seem

    Truly a beautiful mini.

Thanx to everyone! I have been shooting it with BBs and had a lite bit of slap. I was shooting 1/4" and it likes that. the layers are the effect of using different kinds of samples and I glue all of my stuff with wood glue from Harbor freight. I have not hit my hand but, I do have a couple of fresh dings to sand out and re-finish.
