Supply's Needed:<br><br>1.Scissors ( sharp - not safety scissors )<br>2.Therabands ( color optional )<br>3.Ruler<br>4.Pen ( ink not gel )<br>5.Leather peice<br>6.Razor<br>7.10 band ties<br><br><br>Steps:<br>1. Measure wanted dimensions on bands and mark them with pen.<br>2. Cut bands with scissors while putting friction on both handles to make blades closer together so the bands don't fold in between the blade<br>3. Use scissors to cut pouch the way you want it..<br>4. Use razor to cut circular hole in pouch on both sides.<br>5. Fold end of band twice and put through hole in pouch ( 1 inch ).<br>6. Fold end of band on top of its self on other side.<br>7. Knot with 3 band ties tightly ( apply saliva with each not ).<br>8. Repeat on other side of pouch.<br>9. Wrap on end of band to fork and wrap with 2 band ties<br>10. You should put some ducttape or maskingtape over the bands before cutting, this makes for a more clean cut. Or you can by a cheap roller cutter. I bought mine at Clas Ohlsson for under 8 euro.

<span class="postbody"><br>The best way is for me is a roller cutter Olfa (very cheap) a steel ruler and a cutter mat ...</span>
