Dear Madams and Sirs,<br>please indulge first on some breef words of explanation why I found my way to this community:<br>It all started last spring, when my boys (6 and 8 years old) showed an extended interest in propelling things. It was throwing stones, and shooting homemade arrows off bows made of hazelnut twigs at first which made me remember my old slingshot from childhood days. I found it at my fathers house still lying on top of the wardrobe were I left it about 24 years ago. It was a ridiculously high natural fork rigged with a prefabricated tubular bandset. It had performend well in terms of speed, though it seemed rather easy to draw even then. Now the bands had no longer the consistency of rubber but of cracked tree bark and broke at the first draw. So I had a fork for my first new slingshot !<br>Utilizing the internet, it was clear that things would go from better to worse and I'd end up here spilling the story of my life !! <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_eek.gif" alt="Shocked" longdesc="5"><br><br>Looking forward to a good time together<br><br>Daniel
