Thanks. I had been wanting to build a slingbow so I started searching and found Jörg's sling cannon video on youtube, needless to say, I was a fan after that! My current favorite 'sling' right now is basically a rubber tube with a pouch attached that I loop around my middle finger to shoot. It's made out of a piece of peep site tubing from a bow. Not real strong, but flings a 1/4" ball through a cardboard box pretty good, and fits in the watch pocket of my jeans with room for ammo! I also shoot a heavier one that way, it's a walmart replacement bandset with a wire tie holding them together. Does anyone else here shoot that way?
