Hello from Oregon!

I discovered Joerg some months ago on Youtube and I have been hooked ever since! <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png" alt="Very Happy" longdesc="1"><br><br>My first (well actually second) slingshot. I glued some 3/4" cabinet grade plywood together and went to work. It came out ok. <br><br>Double Thera Band gold off ebay. Bands are about 8" active length, tapered. I'm used to shooting my bow, so I set it up for a similar draw length of about 37".<br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/sm%20SAM_0356.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/sm%20SAM_0359.JPG" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/sm%20SAM_0358.JPG" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/sm%20SAM_0360.JPG" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/sm%20SAM_0362.JPG" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/sm%20SAM_0366.JPG" border="0" alt=""><br><br>I don't know if you can see in the photos, buy I've hit the frame down in the fork area a couple times. All I can figure is poor pouch release form. Learning curve I guess <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_scratch.png" alt="scratch" longdesc="33"> Plus it's mighty disconcerting coming that close to my hand! But ever since I have made sure to have ammo in the center of my pouch and no issues since.<br><br><br><br>Anyway, love all your videos Joerg! Especially the build details! There are some really good posts on here from others as well.
