Felicitations to all. Thanks for this fascinating site. I have been looking for a different shooting genre to my longbows. Fed up with people either trying to recruit me for local archery clubs where formal competition is all. Also, as an English emigrant to France, if one more person mentions Crecy, Poitiers or Agincourt to me I will practice my medieval english swearing at them.

Bonsoir tokSick.

I learned French in school (35 years ago), and then I had a house near Cannes, in a little Village called Vallauris. Bought it in 1999, sold it in 2006, made a nice profit - but I miss the Cote very much. That is the place I'd like to move to once I am ready to retire.

300 days of sunshine. It's like England but with a summer, less people and more sheep. If I mention Wellington boots only truly idiomatic english speakers will understand.........
