Heavy duty bullpup slingshot

The trigger is different, it is a wide flat hook that dropps into the gunstok to fire. With this design I found that it fires just about any thing, even arrows. It's built from 1/2in hardwood plywood, hand fordged steel forks, steel trigger parts, copper and steel rollers, and I'm working on a bayonett for it. As far as the bands go, It'll hold as many as you can fit in the fork clamps. From time to time I volonteer for security and am allowed to use slingshots, it will be fun to see people's reactions to this one.

    Started last sunday, so about a week working 2 hours a day.

    So far I'v only tested it for accuracy and function. Only shot at some cans and 2*4 blocks.

    <span class="postbody"><br>I do have heavier bands. I just was waiting to finish building the stirrup (it's steel ,folds into the stalk) for the foot to draw them. Yet I got a little sidetracked today, I'v also been working on a magazine feed lever/pump action verson.</span>

    First of all my congratulations! Your "weapon" is unusual , I like that very much! Is it possible to post one blue print explaining how it works?
    I am very interest to realize this bullpup, now I am finishing (painting blak colour)) one slingshot that shoot flechettes,. This one...

    You know i am retired from IBM ( hardware enginner...) and i need to kill the time...before i made moddelling of Half Hulls...very nice but lot of dust...and it was a problem to my wife.
