The trigger is different, it is a wide flat hook that dropps into the gunstok to fire. With this design I found that it fires just about any thing, even arrows. It's built from 1/2in hardwood plywood, hand fordged steel forks, steel trigger parts, copper and steel rollers, and I'm working on a bayonett for it. As far as the bands go, It'll hold as many as you can fit in the fork clamps. From time to time I volonteer for security and am allowed to use slingshots, it will be fun to see people's reactions to this one.
