I watches Jörgs Videos about heat storage in rubber and of course saw the entropy slayer. Does that mean that when a cocked rubber cools down to room temperature, there is no energy left?

No, there is quite a bit left at room temp. But it does loose elasticity completely in one in Joergs videos where it's exposed to near sub-zero temp.

So how much do you think I loose when it has cooled down? Percentage wise.

just take one of your slingshots and put it in the fridge. then you will see. 95 % is to much i think, its still stretched. thinking about 20% less power.
