Been working on this guy for a few days now, just finished it up. It's a natural guava fork with cedar on either side and multiplex caps. I'm really happy with how it turned out. :) this one is not for sale, it stays in my pocket for now ;)

    Hope you all like it!

I really like your work. At first glance your shooters look really simple then you start to notice little touches here and there. This one is really nice, never thought about ply as a cap on a natural. Thumbs up on this one! :)

Really nice work. I like the style of your naturals and the little touches you add to make them stand out.

Nicely done! I use Cedar for scales and veneers quite a bit. I have 2 big chunks from tree drying. If you go to Home Depot, in the closet accessories departments, you can find pieces of flat Cedar that are intended to keep moths at bay. I usually buy a shelf kit that they have for $12.00. I get 6 or 8 planks 9X38cmX7mm with good colors and interesting knots.

I like the whole "I am a stick, and I chuck rocks" look to my naturals. :D
The plywood caps is something i started doing with a lot of my guava forks, I liked the way the layers look.
    thanks

I like the wood combination and particularly the non-circular handle which gives a very solid grip/ handle.

    Nice work!
