I remember about 20+ years back when I made my first slingshot from a strong wire in Y shape. Added an elastic material between the Y. Then cut small pieces of weaker wire to make U shapes, than later fire thru the Y slingshot. Never to living beings, just leaves, papers and stuff. Well this is my first memory of interacting with slings experience. <br><br>About 10+ years ago I discovered for the first time the story of David and Goliath while reading the Bible. I was inspired by it because it shows how a shepherd protected his heard with natural resources! Then used his skills and faith in God to defeat the nation's enemies. <br><br>Now as I have children of my own I started to teach them how to make their own and grow in this skill. My goal for them is hunting. Now we are upgrading from the experience and skills I have to the most powerful slingshots and techniques that we can find. <br><br>We also have a video blog over 'relate4ever' publishing channels about <br>preparedness and self sufficiency while living naturally offgrid in the <br>countryside.
