Hello forum,

like RobertP I am a rather new slingshot enthusiast because of Jörg who awoke my interest in slingshots again after many years of being unarmed. More than shooting (which I don't do too often) I like making nice catapults. Until now I carved three natural forks and equipped an old Barnett Strike 9 with thera band. The pictures below show two of the natural beauties. Jörg, you will notice that I copied your method of joining handle and fork at my latest maple slingshot. Thanks for the idea and your explanation in your blog!
Because I am an (almost finished) student of mechanical engineering, I like Jörgs extraordinary constructions very much. I'd like to rebuild the new bullpup Sling-X-Bow, but don't know yet if I will find the time soon.

I hope the forum will be well visited and bring up interesting discussions!

BavarianBarbarian
