    This is my first attempt at fitting flatbands/therabands - much easier than I first thought<br><br>Gonna 'make' my own bands next!<br><br>Here's my youtube clip:<br><br><embed pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/3FPzr7ZjRFA" width="425" height="350" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" quality="high" scale="exactfit"></embed>

It's not a bad video but I think you should maybe change the angle of the cam next time. Sometimes there was no possibility to see something.<br>I would recommend to use pliers.<br>It is a handy-camera, isn't it?<br>All in all not a bad try.<br>Keep on!

Nice vid man. I use the same method, paracord loop instead of pliers and it is ok for me. Nice song( the first one), Lynyrd Skynyrd. I have the dvd, Freebird the movie & tribute tour. It is something else then the shit music we can hear on air this days.
