This the first slingshot that i have made after a very long time.I needed something small to see if my carving skill is up for the challenge, so i decided to have a go at the pickle fork shooter idea.I made this out of a pretty weird olive fork, that had a thick main stem and thin branches.I haven't finished it with anything, just sprayed some gun polish on it.Let me know what you think

thats where i got the idea for it, but i wanted the little forks to be a bit wider, as i am not very familiar with the flipstyle technique

Very nice, i love it.
How does it shoot for you?
Is there no risk to shoot your hand?
If i had to use a slingshot like yours, i probably wear a glove. But that' s because i am not a really good shooter i guess.

To be honest, i don't know, there seems to be room for the ball to exit without flipping the slingshot and with no danger of hitting the forks or your hands, but i guess i have to test it after i am done with the finish, never shot one of these before.I'll probably put on some very light target bands and gradually ad layers, until i am confident enough
