Hello, this is my first test using fiberglass, I made this one as smaller as possible, to fit in a pocket. My first impression about fiberglass is great, very hard, light, scratch resistant, the only problem is the color...kkkkkk <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_smile.gif" alt="Smile" longdesc="2"><br><br><img src="http://i48.servimg.com/u/f48/16/88/24/89/img_0411.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><br><img src="http://i48.servimg.com/u/f48/16/88/24/89/img_0416.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i48.servimg.com/u/f48/16/88/24/89/img_0417.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i48.servimg.com/u/f48/16/88/24/89/img_0418.jpg" border="0" alt="">

That looks really nice and very easy to carry around in your pocket! Where do you find that kind of material?

<span class="postbody"><br><br>Well, this is my first test, so what I did was the following: laminated a "board" of fiberglass with the <strong>Fiberglass matting</strong> and the<br><strong>Epoxy resin</strong>( Here in brazil is easy to find this two products, and in my opinion is not hard to laminate, and not very expensive to... ), and cut this board just in the same process as we do on wood, or plywood.<br><br>But in the next projects, I'm thinking about using different methods, just like a mould or something.<br><br>here is a usefull link about it:<br><a href="http://www.ehow.com/how_4674816_make-fiberglass-parts.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.ehow.com/how_4674816_make-fiberglass-parts.html</a><br><br></span>
