    After tokSick's blueprints:
    18mm multiplex & plum
Nice curves, a bit hard to sand(could be bcs I used plumwood for the handle:D)

I added 6mm multiplex to the fork to make it even thicker so I could thin down the plum at the fork-side:)

btw the plum is SO hard it broke one of my jigsaw-blades when I tried to cut out the curves on the handle.

That plum wood is beautiful, it accents the slingy perfectly. BTW, that river in the background reminds me of the one I grew up on out in California, wonderful setting for your pics!

What bunch of crazy friends we have here! One break the hand and draw a new shooter. The other builds it from another country.....

I like the smooth natural looking flow of it (and all the rest). Seems like a drop of sap came down from the tree forming a sling shot.

Glad you' ve finished it and the result looks very nice. Great( and quick) job my friend, the plumwood is so cool!!
I was making some experiments with HDPE and i think i will use this model to make a slingshot out of it.

Once again, great job and glad you like the BP Achso.
How does it shoot and how does it feel when holding it?

milk and plastic reminds me on casein plastic.
It was used in swinging sixties, they made plastic from milk for lamps, combs and other. It had a nice amber look if i remind it right.

And it is easy to produce from milk, search for "homemade casein plastic"...

Where might this all end :)....

    tokSick, ... ... .......!
    really awesome!

Suppose from this forum will derive the first man shot
to a geostationary orbit. With a slingshot of course! ;)

Or we´ll be rich from making diamonds by shooting
graphite to a concrete wall (with a sling, at near to speed of light)

Oh boy!- where will all this inventing ever end? :)

    Greetings,

    Be
