How was the foot cured? Is it fairly solid or does it flex?

    Congrats Umbroman!

Nicely done and a unique aspect of a usual slingshot. Maybe the Ziptie at the pouch is a bit drastic but it's just taste.

That deer metal piece is also coming from you?

You made a great impression with this entry :)

    Welcome here mate,

very cool! the piece of brass (is it brass) appears to be part of a shotgun shell. is/was it?

Thank you, the piece of brass you see, is used fro making walking sticks not part of a shot gun shell, but on the top of the sling shot what you cant see in the picture is two 410 shot gun cartridges to seal the end of the buffalo horn and also I have used two .22 shells for the stoppers for the tubing, thanks for looking :D

Are you a walking stick maker too ? I used to carve a lot of those when I was back in the UK. I still have a house in Wensleydale...not so far from you :)

Yes I make them from time to time, I make them mostly by request for people I know and their friends and so on, so you use to live in the UK? yes Wensleydale not far away from me, beautiful part of the country, lots of game there :)
